There is definitely sexual CHEMISTRY when it comes to a man getting besotted by an attractive woman. Flirting with a woman does actually make a man’s mouthy water and there is interesting chemistry behind it. There is a new research which states that in front of a pretty girl or a sexy lady, the man in question gets a temporary boost in levels of testosterone and cortisol - both hormones associated with alertness and wellbeing. But both these hormones actually dip when he is with other men.
Researchers at the University of California reported the findings in the biological journal, ‘Proceedings of the Royal Society’. They also found that the amount of sexual experience a man had was irrelevant to the hormonal reaction. The research included 149 male students aged between 18 and 24 with a third interacting with a male researcher of 25 and the others talking to one of seven young female undergraduates aged 18 to 22.
